The Measure of Males in The Anglo-Saxon Times
In Anglo-Saxon literature & most likely in Anglo-Saxon moments, men were measured by most of the same areas of life that men will be measured by today. Men of that time frame had been godless, fearless, fame seeking, & most of all, courageous. Warriors, sailors, exiles, and actually gods were in search of the things and frequently achieved them through completing daring deeds, withstanding tough conditions, or beating the chances. It wasn't odd for males to die to complete the job either.
Beowulf, a Scandinavian warrior, not merely killed a terrifying monster, the monster's mother, and many sea-monsters, but also killed a huge dragon too, reaching fame and demonstrating a neighboring kingdom how much durability, courage, and fearlessness he previously.
